How do I determine the correct size for life jackets and wetsuits?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. For life jackets (PFDs), we recommend measuring your chest circumference; for wetsuits, consider both height and weight to ensure a tight, performance-focused fit.
What is your return policy for watersports gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, gear that has been used in the water cannot be returned unless it is found to be defective.
Does Jetpilot gear come with a warranty?
Yes, all Jetpilot products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase.
How should I care for my wetsuit to ensure it lasts?
Always rinse your wetsuit with fresh water after use, especially after salt water exposure. Hang it to dry in the shade on a wide-shouldered hanger, and avoid machine washing or direct sunlight which can degrade the neoprene.
